This policy explains what we collect when you use Baile Charme AI, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

• Email address. You give it when you sign in. We use it for your sign-in code, to tell you when your video is ready, and to answer support requests.
• Photos you upload. We use them only to generate your video.
• Videos we generate for you. They are saved so you can find and download them under My videos.
• Purchase records. What you bought, the amount and the date. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
• Usage and device data. Pages visited, the site you came from, browser, device type and approximate location from your IP address. We use it to keep the service running and to understand what works.

• to make your video and show it in your account
• to process payments and give you credits
• to send sign-in codes, notifications and support replies
• to prevent misuse and fix technical problems
• to improve the website

We do not sell your personal data.

We use outside companies to run the service. They receive only what they need:

• an AI video provider, which receives your photo to generate the video
• a cloud storage provider, which stores your photo and your generated video
• an email provider, which delivers our emails to you
• a payment provider, which handles payments and card details
• analytics tools, which see usage data such as pages visited

We may also share data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We keep your account, photos, videos and purchase records while your account is active and as long as we need them to run the service, handle refunds and meet legal duties. You can ask us to delete your photos, videos or account at any time (see "Your choices").
