Baile Charme AI ("we", "us") is an independent web tool. You upload one photo, and an AI video model creates a short vertical video of a dancer in a night-time baile charme party, using your photo as the reference for how the dancer looks. You can then download the video.

This is a fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any creator, to TikTok, or to the original dance video.

By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. AccountsCopy Anchor Link

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for your account and for everything done through it. Please give us a real email address, because we send your sign-in code and your finished video notification there.

3. Credits, prices and paymentCopy Anchor Link

• You buy credits and use them to generate videos. A 480p video uses 1 credit and a 720p video uses 2 credits.
• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Credits do not expire.
• Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

4. Your photos and what you may uploadCopy Anchor Link

You may only upload:

• photos of yourself, or
• photos of an adult who has agreed that you can use their photo for this.

When you generate a video you confirm that you have the right to use the photo. You keep your rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them, which includes sending them to the AI video provider and the storage provider we use, so that we can make your video.

5. Prohibited usesCopy Anchor Link

You must not use the service to:

• create sexual, nude or otherwise adult content
• make a video of another person without their agreement, or to impersonate someone
• mislead people, for example by presenting an AI-made video as real footage, or to spread false information, harass, bully, threaten or defraud anyone
• upload photos of children
• upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, or that clones a person's voice
• break any law, or break the rules of the platform where you post the video

Where a platform asks you to label AI-made videos, please label them. We may refuse to generate a video, remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Your videosCopy Anchor Link

You may download and post the videos you generate, for example on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. You are responsible for how you use and post them, including following the rules of those platforms and the rights of other people.

The dance, the setting and the music in these videos are inspired by a viral trend that we did not create. We make no claim to the original work and give no rights to it.

7. AI results can varyCopy Anchor Link

AI video is not exact. Faces, hands, people in the background and small details can change from video to video, and the result may not look like you. Please watch your video before you post it. See our Refund Policy if a video fails or does not look like you.

8. RefundsCopy Anchor Link

Our Refund Policy explains when credits are returned and when you can ask for your money back. It is part of these Terms.

9. AvailabilityCopy Anchor Link

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and the AI model we use may change or be unavailable.

10. Ending your accessCopy Anchor Link

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or misuse the service. If we end your access because of our own decision and not because of a breach, we will refund the value of your unused credits.

11. Limit of liabilityCopy Anchor Link

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the video or credits the claim relates to.

12. Changes to these TermsCopy Anchor Link

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page, and the date at the top shows when it changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
